Nōa Poké is a chef-inspired Hawaiian poke bowl restaurant dedicated to providing our customers with the freshest and most flavorful poke bowls in town. We use only the highest quality ingredients to ensure that each bowl is packed with flavor and nutrition.
Our menu has been developed by Chef Alex Papadoulis to feature a variety of options, from classic Hawaiian poke bowls to more creative options, as well as sides, desserts and drinks for a complete meal.
We are open everyday in the Koukaki and Nea Filothei neighborhoods. Whether you're looking for a quick and easy lunch or a delicious dinner, Nōa Poké has something for everyone!

Meet The Chef
Alex Papadoulis
Alex Papadoulis is the chef of Nōa Poké. From Greek and Taiwanese descents, Alex decided to become a cook at a very young age as he was watching his mother preparing traditional Asian dishes.
His talent and resilience brought him to the kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants in big European cities, such as London’s Jean-Georges at The Connaught and Amsterdam’s Bowery among others.
As now being the chef of Nōa Poké, Alex leverages his expertise and creativity to propose an original menu for all tastes.
Our Story
Nōa Poké has been envisioned by Angelos Diatsintos. After living abroad for years, he and his wife, Katerina Nikolakaki, fell in love with Hawaiian cuisine. They decided to return to Greece, their home country, to make this delicious food known there.
They partnered with Chef Alex Papadoulis and Delphine Sanglard to open the first Nōa Poké restaurant in the area of Nea Filothei in Athens in September 2021. This was initially a "ghost kitchen", for take out and delivery only, and then became a standard restaurant with on site seating option.
In September 2022, Nōa Poké continued to expand with the opening of a second restaurant in the vibrant neighborhood of Koukaki.
In addition to restaurants, the team of Nōa Poké is also available to serve you for catering (shows, private parties, etc.) and corporate events (lunch, team building, etc.).
